Order Processing and Cancellation

Once you place an order with us, our dedicated team begins the meticulous process of handcrafting your crochet product. Due to the intricate nature of our designs, the processing time may vary between 4 days and up to 30 days.

If your order takes longer than expected, rest assured that we will keep you informed about its progress. We understand the anticipation of receiving your handmade item and will do our best to provide regular updates on its status.

It is important to note that once your order is processed, cancellation is not possible. As each item is made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has begun. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Returns and Replacements
